Loredana-Ileana VÎŞCU este Prorector al Universităţii „Tibiscus” din Timişoara, profesor universitar doctor la Universitatea „Tibiscus” din Timişoara şi cadru didactic asociat la Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad. În cadrul Facultăţii de Psihologie, Universitatea „Tibiscus” din Timişoara, a înfiinţat Centrul de Cercetări Calitative în Consiliere și Psihoterapie, al cărui director este.

Ca practician, Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu este psiholog şi psihoterapeut în orientarea psihoterapie integrativă, cu formări în hipnoză clinică şi terapie Ericksoniană şi analiză tranzacţională (A.T.).

În cadrul Cabinetului Individual de Psihologie, Vîşcu Loredana-Ileana desfăşoară activitatea de psihoterapie, ce depăşeşte un număr de 5000 ore de psihoterapie individuală.

Activitatea didactică universitară este astfel îmbinată cu activitatea practică desfăşurată la Cabinetul Individual de Psihologie, unde desfăşoară şi servicii de psihoterapie.

Serviciile de psihoterapie oferite includ: psihoterapia individuală, psihoterapia de grup, psihoterapia familială şi de cuplu, psihoterapia copilului şi a adolescentului.

De asemenea, Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu este membru fondator și președinte al Institutului de Psihoterapie, Consiliere psihologică și Supervizare clinică (IPCS, www.ipcs-psy.com) și membru fondator și vicepreşedinte al Asociaţiei de Cercetare, Consiliere şi Psihoterapie Integrativă (ACCPI).  

În cadrul IPCS este formator şi supervizor în diferite programele de formare profesională de lungă durată în: Psihoterapie Integrativă, Consiliere psihologică integrativă, Consiliere Psihologică Integrativă a copilului și adolescentului.

În cadrul ACCPI este formator și supervizor în de formare profesională de lungă durată în: Psihoterapie Integrativă și Psihoterapie Existenţială Integrativă şi în cadrul programul de formare complementară de specializare în Psihoterapia Integrativă a Copilului şi Adolescentului, activitatea cu grupele de formare depășind un număr de 7000 ore.

Activitatea dididactică și științifică este concretizată în numeroase lucrări și cărți, fiind şi co-autor al Modelului integrativ strategic în psihoterapie (Oana-Maria Popescu) și autor al Modelului integrativ strategic de supervizare.

La nivel internaţional Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu este certificată ca psihoterapeut de către Asociaţia Europeană de Psihoterapie (European Psychotherapy Association, EAP); de asemenea este: Chartered member with  AFBPsS Associate Fellow şi supevizor în cadrul The British Psychological Society (Divisions: Academics, Teachers and Researchers; Counselling; Educational and Child Psychology ); formator și supervizor în: EAIP (European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy); EIATSCYP (European Interdisciplinary Association for Therapeutic Services for Children and Young People); membru APA (The American Psychologists’ Association, Division 17), membru SEPI (The Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration). La nivel naţional este formator şi supervizor CPR (Colegiul Psihologilor din România), FPR (Federația Română de Psihoterapie) şi  membru APR (Asociaţia Psihologilor din România).

Activitatea publicistică se concretizează în articole şi studii indexate ISI Thomson și în lucrări indexate în baze de date internaţionale (BDI). A scris şi coordonat numeroase volume şi cărţi, fiind și editorul-șef al revistei International Journal of Supervision in Psychotherapy (www.ijsp.eu). Recent a co-autorat (împreună cu prof. univ. dr. C. Edward Watkins Jr.) volumul A guide to clinical supervision: The Supervision Pyramid (2021, ed. Academic Press, Elsevier)

Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu is the Vice-Rector of the „Tibiscus” University of Timisoara, PhD professor at the same university and Associate Professor at the „Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad. Withing the Faculty of Psychology, „Tibiscus University of Timisoara, she established and is the director of the Centre of Qualitative Research in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

As a practitioner, Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu is a psychologist and psychotherapist in the orientation of integrative psychoterapy, with training in clinical hyponosis and Ericksonian therapy and transactional analysis (AT)

Within the private psychology office, Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu carries out activities related to psychology and psychotherapy, exceeding a number of 5000 hours of individual and group psychotherapy.

Didactic activities are thus combined with the practical activity carried out at the Individual Psychology Office. The psychotherapy services offered include: individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, family and couple psychotherapy and child and adolescent psychotherapy

Loredana-Ileana Vîşcu is also a founding member and the president of the Institute of Psychotherapy, Psychological Counselling and Clinical Supervision (IPCS, www.ipcs-psy.com) and a founding member and vice president of the Association of Integrative Research, Counselling and Psychotherapy (ACCPI)

Within ACCPI she is a trainer and supervisor in long-term professional training in: Integrative Psychotherapy and Existential Psychotherapy and in complementary training program in Integrative Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents, her activity with training groups exceeding 7000 hours
